OUR FUND

The Idaho Legacy Fund was purposely designed as a perpetual evergreen fund.

It is a different than the classic investment fund as it does not have a fixed term which creates multiple, distinct advantages:

  • For investors, an evergreen fund facilitates a “grow and hold” investment opportunity.

  • For investors, an evergreen fund allows portfolio profits to be reinvested, augmenting the long-term compounding of the portfolio.

  • For companies, an evergreen fund creates the time and freedom to build a company to its optimum value without the pressure to sell.

“…evergreen vehicles are the “holy grail” for private equity managers.”

(Institutional Investor, November 8, 2017)

OUR FUND OBJECTIVES

  • Create long-term, compounding value for investors.

  • Create a “grow and hold” strategy to achieve optimum portfolio values.

  • Strategically align investments in the fund versus “financial transactions” only.

  • Create long-term, foundational value by investing in “singles and doubles” versus betting on the “home run” to carry the portfolio.

  • Empower the portfolio with leadership from the Rectify Partner ecosystem.

“Once upon a time the 10-year fund cycle made sense.

But the assumptions it’s based on no longer hold true, curtailing meaningful relationships prematurely and misaligning companies and their investment partners.”
