OUR STORY

We are passionate about helping micro-cap companies reach their full potential.

Our founder, Jeff Sayer, served as the Secretary of Commerce for the state of Idaho during years of unprecedented growth. There he witnessed the challenges smaller businesses in the region face, particularly smaller, micro-cap companies in non-tech sectors.

Jeff decided to assist those businesses and started Rectify Partners, a business advisory firm that provides affordable, on-demand leadership to businesses in the intermountain region. Rectify has served the region since 2016 and has grown an extensive network of professionals focused on growing companies in the region.

As an experienced CFO and investor, Jeff also recognized these smaller, non-tech companies face a unique challenge obtaining the capital they need to reach the next level. While these companies comprise the majority of businesses in this region, they are often forgotten and struggle for both talent and funding.

To respond to that need, Jeff founded Idaho Legacy Partners to provide these companies with strategic capital so they too can fund their growth. Standing alongside the Rectify Partner network, Idaho Legacy Partners combines capital with the Rectify talent to help these companies reach their potential and create their legacies.

We firmly believe, assisting these smaller, non-tech companies will not only create a unique resource for the companies, but it provides investors a compelling opportunity to capitalize on the region’s growth and invest in an under-served, undiscovered segment of the market.

  • In the intermountain west, the predominant number of smaller, established companies have annual revenues between $2 million to $50 million.

  • The intermountain west enjoys an impressive, diverse variety of industries in its regional economy. Robust sectors include food, manufacturing, industrial, outdoor equipment, construction and healthcare.

  • While cities like Salt Lake City, Utah and Boise, Idaho are experiencing unprecedented growth, there are countless, smaller communities in the region who are experiencing similar, but unrecognized growth. Across those communities are numerous, impressive smaller companies who lack the support and resources they need to reach their potential.
